Granite Properties financed & built the complex in 2015/2016. It is a 3 story mixed-use building that has 14 studio & one bedroom apartments and 1 commercial space. The building is 10,257 square feet and was built from the ground-up. It is located in the SW downtown Overlay.

Olive Street Apartments

This is our  current project which was approved after the July 27th, 2016 Eugene city council meeting and is the first 10 year Multi Unit Property Tax Exemption (MUPTE) since the revision of the program in 2015. We will be redeveloping a currently vacant building downtown into a mixed use development. The finished project will have residential units consisting of studio and one-bedroom apartments as well as 4 commercial spaces.
